We can provide the operation and maintenance of the facility, as well as the warranty replacement, and even get the concept of MOMA (Maintenance, Operation, Management and Administration), that we would take on entirely your project, for you

Within this field, our main areas of action are :

  • Preventive maintenance

Execution of scheduled maintenance activities at the wind turbine, which can be indicated by the manufacturer, or agreed with the property.

  • Inspections

Quality of maintenance inspections carried out in machine and machine inspections.

  • Corrective maintenance

Performance of small corrective tasks in the wind turbine for the resolution of breakdowns.

  • Predictive maintenance

Taking measurements of vibrations to verify the status of the major components.

  • High voltage

Supervision and control of the actions taken by the energy companies in high voltage installations.

  • Blades inspections

Annual inspection of blades for status report, and subsequent repair offering.

In our logistics centers we store large components themselves, and other of our clients and/or distributors.

IMecocel has stored gearboxes, generators, main lines, transformers, blades and even gondolas and complete machines. We carry out the necessary maintenance to the items stored and we ensure that their status is correct.

We also stock spares parts from Bonus- Siemens, Suzlon, Gamesa, Ecotecnia and NegMicon.

We supply major components and spare parts, so you do not have to store what you do not need. This results in a reduced need for liability and in reducing costs associated to management parts, which due to volume, compensates us to make for you.

An incorrect status of the wind capture system produces a disastrous effect on the efficiency of the turbine. The repair of the blades, is amortized over six months, and prevents further damage.

IMecocel has repaired , inspected and audited more than two thousand blades in the last three years of Gamesa , Acciona , Bonus -Siemens , Suzlon , NegMicon , Desa, General Electric, Vestas , Made, Repower , Ecotecnia and Nordex.

We can repair in heights, repair at the base of the tower, or at our facilities, depending on their needs and on the damage detected. We adapt to your requirements by offering our best option.

We recommend an annual inspection of the blades in the spring and its repair in summer. Incipient damage is much cheaper to repair, and the status of the blades is essential for an adequate assessment of any wind farm.

When significant damage occurs in key wind turbine components, we can assess the damage of the component, and offer repair, through the companies with which we have distribution agreements and / or representation, or through our specialist suppliers.

IMecocel internally repairs blades, and other large components, depending on the damage and model through our partner workshops, through the manufacturer or other manufacturers, with our supervision and our control over the repair.

We recommend repairing components in workshops that offer the guarantee they need, or through companies that can manage repair channels and commercial relationships already established over time.

IM Group has participated in the installation of all Siemens 2.3 MW machines, specifically six wind farms. We also participate in other projects with the supervision of the installation, both electrical and mechanical.

If you need to know the status of your machine or the processes going on in it, we can conduct audits that perfectly match your requirements, by specialist staff in predictive maintenance, blades and quality.

IMecocel has conducted audits in the wind turbine of major manufacturers and with the experience of the work already undertaken, we can analyze in detail the weaknesses of each installation for your peace of mind.

We recommend holding exhaustive audits prior to the completion of the periods of the manufacturer’s warranty, which show the current status of assets, and subsequent claims, if they are considered appropriate. Lately we are also being asked for audits after installing the farm.

To know the status of the major components results in important savings as if problems are detected at an early stage, you can act on them, and often with changes in bearings or inexpensive repairs, catastrophic errors worth thousands of Euros are avoided in multipliers and generators.

IMecocel predictive has conducted inspections in more than two thousand five hundred wind turbines Gamesa, Bonus-Siemens, Suzlon, NegMicon, General Electric, Vestas, Made, Repower, Nordex and Ecotecnia and through videoscopes, either through manual systems of vibration in Hanse multipliers, Rexroth, Lohmann +

We have developed a new IMI/controller that allows us to control and monitor the turbine.
We are completely independent and not associated to C&F in any way.
We have sourced all the parts directly with the manufacturers and upgraded where possible.

Yearly service for 11kW, 15kW, 20kW, 25kW costs £1,295.00 which included the following:

  • Full service with additional checks specified by the component manufacturers
  • Visual inspection of blades and tower for cracks or damage.
  • Rams to lower and raise turbine
  • All consumables.

Keeping your service schedule up to date and 24/7 monitoring is the best way to keep your turbine running and reduce downtime thus improving production.

Yearly service contract for C&F includes;

  • 1 x yearly service
  • 24/7 monitoring via IMI
  • Blade inspection
  • Spare parts in service van
  • Breakdown and loss of production insurance
We have the certification ISO 45001 :2018, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 by QMS, to guarantee the quality of our work and our commitment with environmental and quality standards.
